SkyTribe terms of use
Short and plain: be sensible, fly safe, your content stays yours. Questions to hello@skytribe.org.
Effective date: 15 October 2026.
These terms are between you and Wingman Sports Club, a civic association registered in Slovakia (identification number 51450836), with its registered office at Hadovská cesta 870, 945 01 Komárno, Slovakia. Wingman Sports Club operates SkyTribe.
Who may use SkyTribe
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. If the law where you live requires a higher minimum age or parental consent, that rule applies.
Be sensible
Use SkyTribe for real flights and honest sharing. Do not upload other people's flights or media as your own, and do not use the app to harass anyone.
Community standards
By creating an account or posting, uploading, messaging, commenting or otherwise sharing content through SkyTribe, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Do not post, send or promote:
- harassment, bullying, stalking, threats or content intended to shame or intimidate another person;
- hate speech, discrimination or attacks based on race, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or another protected characteristic;
- pornographic or sexually exploitative material, or any sexual content involving a minor;
- violence, credible threats, instructions for wrongdoing, or content encouraging clearly illegal or reckless conduct;
- fraud, scams, impersonation, spam, deceptive listings or attempts to manipulate other pilots;
- another person's private information without permission, including precise private locations or contact details; or
- content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark or other rights.
Reporting, blocking and enforcement
SkyTribe provides in-app tools to report content and pilots and to block other pilots. Reports are reviewed by the SkyTribe moderation team. We may filter, restrict or remove content; limit features; suspend or terminate accounts; preserve evidence where legally permitted; and contact the appropriate authorities where required by law. The action taken depends on the content, context, severity and history of the account.

Safety
SkyTribe is not a flight instrument. It is a logbook, a replay and a community. Never use it for navigation, altitude, airspace or terrain avoidance in flight.
Skills sessions give spoken prompts and record the manoeuvres you fly. They do not tell you whether it is safe to fly a manoeuvre. The pilot in command decides, every time. Nothing in SkyTribe is a substitute for training, judgement and airmanship.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you provide, including your profile, bio, messages, comments, listings, business-page contributions, flight tracks and records, photos, videos, captions and other uploads.
You give Wingman Sports Club a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, process, transcode, resize, transmit and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, improve and provide SkyTribe in accordance with your audience and privacy choices. This permission ends when the content or account is deleted, except for the short backup, security, legal and non-identifying records described in the Privacy Policy.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide the content and to let SkyTribe use it in this limited way. Do not upload another person's flight, image, video, private information, logo or other protected material without permission.
This service-operation permission does not give SkyTribe permission to use private or user-generated content in advertising or App Store screenshots. We will use synthetic content or obtain separate consent for promotional use.
The service
SkyTribe is free to use. We may change or withdraw features, and we may remove content or restrict accounts that break these terms. We will use reasonable care in operating the service, but availability, imported data, analysis, scores and third-party integrations are not guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by law, SkyTribe is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded, and Wingman Sports Club is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Ending use
You can stop using SkyTribe and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary for safety, abuse, legal compliance or a serious or repeated breach of these terms.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia, without taking away any mandatory consumer protection or court rights you have where you live.
